Frequently asked questions

How do you charge?
The initial consultation is free. We charge $75 per hour for custom work within Lethbridge with additional $15 for out-of-town visits. The charge for a one-time design consultation and single room design differs.
What is your process?
We start off with a phone call/email or meet and greet to discuss your project needs, budget and what you want to achieve. From there we can determine the service you are looking for. Once we have determined what your project needs are and have seen the space, we will create a fee proposal outlining costs, timeframes and how we work. Whether its a new build, renovation or styling, each design will be about your brief and style. We will always begin with a design and style meet after the fee proposals are accepted to discuss your project in depth. This allows us to start preparing concepts based on your brief, style and budget. Concept presentations will follow whilst we progress through the process timeline to create your residential or commercial space.
How long does it take for the company to reach out once contacted?
1 working day at most.
Do you or your company have a specific design style?
While we are vastly knowledgeable in all design styles, we offer personalized services and base each work on the client’s brief and style.
Can you work with any budget?
Generally, yes. We work on projects of all sizes and offer design services for both residential and commercial spaces. We however reserve the right to say no when the proposed budget does not cover the outcome the client wants.
Will the principal designer be working on my project?
The simple answer is yes.
