We offer services to assist you with the full design and selections for your home. This includes 3D designs and specifications for bathrooms, kitchens, laundries and full selection services. We will guide you through step-by-step, room-by-room and assist you with all your selections, ensuring they add value to your home for your new build or renovation.

Consultation

We offer a complimentary consultation service to our clients. Once you’re interested in beginning your project, let us meet with you to discuss and collaborate on initial ideas and show you the design solutions we can implement in your space, making it more functional without compromising on style. We love working on projects of all sizes and offer design services for both residential and commercial spaces.

We also offer a one-time design consultation in person, which is charged at an hourly rate. Maybe you have an upcoming renovation project you are working on. Ask me anything from paint colour choices, to room layout suggestions, etc. No design question is off limit!

Product Sourcing / Price Comparison

Proud to offer Product Sourcing and Price Comparison services to our clients. Let us do the shopping for you! We will use our networks of local stores, national products and international sources to find you the best combination of cost and quality that your project deserves. We will provide you with a break down of each item to be purchased, where to purchase it and the cost of each individual finishing and furniture piece. We also provide coordination of purchasing and delivery to ensure your project stays on schedule and on budget.

House Styling / Decorating

We’ll handle your projects from start to finish and take the hassle off you. Services include theme/color selection, finishing selections and furniture selection. We will assist you with the overall design of your project from start to finish, providing a mood board, sample board and 3D rendering where needed.

House Staging

We offer a detailed and price-effective home staging service. This ensures your home is appealing to the highest number of buyers, thereby selling your property more swiftly and for more money. Service include:

Consultation Service:

Walk and Talk: We start from outside the front door and run through everything that needs to be done to get the best sales price in details with the home owner/seller (A checklist can also be provided where needed).

Full review/report: The same detailed walk through as above but in this case, the owner does not need to take any notes. A detailed report is sent to the homeowner after the walk through. The report includes a room by room to do list.

Staging and Styling Service:

We offer staging services whether you’re looking to sell or decorating to stay. Our customized services cater to what you need. This includes:

Fine tuning before a photo shoot.
Adding additional furniture and accessories to what is already present in the home
Styling an unfurnished space to ensure greater appeal to a prospective buyer.
